* * * AUTOMATE NOW WORKS WITH GAP, SPITFIRE, & QMODEM HOST * * *
This version now works with GAP, Spitfire amd Qmodem's internal host
mode in addition to PCBoard! AutoMate 1.2 will now also work with
PCBoards in which the sysop has changed the command line propts to
include the user name (e.g. Main Board Command? v. Main Board - Your
Command Marc?) AutoMate will detect any and all of the above
AUTOMATICALLY without requiring any modifications or configuration.
Version 1.2 of AutoMate includes two copies of the documentation.
The first, AM120.DOC, is a straight ASCII file suitable for viewing on
screen with such programs such as Vernon Buerg's LIST.COM
The second, AM120.PRN, is formatted for printing to your printer. Either
use the DOS PRINT command or simply issue a COPY AM120.PRN LPT1
The printed documentation is 40 pages long.
* * * AUTOMATE NOW WORKS WITH MORE MAIL DOORS * * *
AutoMate now works with 7 different mail doors, all without
configuration. We now support DjMail, Kmail, MarkMail (both 1.xx * 2.0),
MegaMail, & Qmail, SFMail & The Complete Mail Door.
This version adds a new command. LogOnG -- You can now log on using
ANSI graphics rather than being forced into NON Graphics. LogOn will
log on to a particular board as before but LogOnG will log on using ANSI
graphics. This command makes simple to use graphics on one board and
not on another. Also, if you experience problems with AutoMate not
responding to a particular prompt it may du to imbedded graphic codes.
Try LogOn in lace of LogOnG. No need to modify AutoMate itself.
Also added are four "Advanced" commands...
SetType SetULPath SetDLPath SetMailDoor
More on these in the documentation.
We've also moved to larger quarters. Please make note of the new
address in the documentation.
Thank you for your interest and support.
